I am totally disgusted with the service I have received at this shop. They have a good selection of dresses and the girl who originally helped me was fantastic. Unfortunately (probably best for her!) she left at the start of the year, and I was left to deal with a bunch of useless reprabates. I ordered an accessory that was to arrive in February, when it arrived it wasnt quite right, and despite phoning at least every two weeks for the past 5 months when I arrived for my first fitting last week they still hadn’t managed to sort it. The supplier was blamed, and when I suggested they could have done more to sort this out sooner I was very rudely told I was wrong – if you cant trust your bridal shop to deal with these things, especially when you are under a deadline then what hope do you have. I expected SO much more – this is supposed to be one of the best experiences of a girls life – instead I am left with a dress that needs altered four weeks before my wedding and no idea where I will go. I wouldn’t let anyone I know go near this shop, the service is appalling – once they have the money they just dont care.

I visited this shop with my bridesmaid 3 weeks ago and have to say I did not enjoy the experiance at all.
We arrived a little late, we're not from glasgow and went the wrong way (my google maps on my phone wasn't working!!) so we arrived to
"Well you'll only have 45 minutes now because your late....now our range costs between £1500 - £3900* is that in your budget?"
I was then hurried round the shop and into dresses by a sour face sales assistant who couldnt care less (she could at least pretend!) The girl didnt smile once.

As I was only in Glasgow for the day I persevered, trying on all the dresses I'd picked. After I'd tried on the last dress she left me to get changed into my own cloths.........and that was it.....I had actually like one of the dresses so we kinda hung about looking at the accessories while the girl tidied the dresses away thinking she would come and speak to us after that, you know ask if I wanted to make another appointment, give us their card, the normal stuff.....but no.
So I left. Even while I was standing in the door way waiting on my bridesmaid the girl didnt even look over or say goodbye.
The worst dress shop I have been to so far.
