I ordered both my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress instore. The initial overall first impressions were not friendly but the lady doing my fitting was older and v nice.
She took my measurements and ordered my wedding dress. I was advised to come back for my first fitting, with the shoes and underwear that I would be wearing on my wedding day. The dress ordered for me was too short!! By about 2 inches and it looked stupid. I was told that I had bought the wrong wedding shoes and the blame was put on me. Bellamore claim to be experienced and professional but not only did they order a dress that was too short, they failed to explain the dress comes in a longer length, I was not advised of this at all. My heel height was 1.25 inches which is small for the heels you see most brides wearing.

I was extremely upset, the shop took no responsibility, they were v rude when I tried to sort the issues, request the longer length dress, get an extra fitting, discount or apology.

I got a cronic migraine & was in bed for 3 days due to the upset & stress caused by their lack of knowledge, skills or customer service. I had to order a smaller dress hoop than orig requested & paid for (as it lifted the dress further from the ground). I had to buy shoes with a smaller heel, they made my dress a bit longer but it had silver poppers below the back tie which looked cheap.

Also lots of hidden costs with alterations. They are very happy until they have your money, then they are very unhelpful and rude.

I strongly recommend that no brides to be visit this shop, no bride should be treated this way or upset.
