Luckily it wasn't our wedding day, just a formal dinner we were attending.
Despite being continuously told it is not a problem, on day we had been told they would be ready, only one out of 3 dresses were there and none of the 3 suits, the rest we were told would be Monday / Tuesday and that she would bring them to our home and do any alterations there and then. Tuesday got a call saying she could not make it.
On wednesday we went, but the shop was shut. This now left us 2 days to make sure they were OK.
On Thursday we went again, dresse OK suits were the wrong colour, we had all opted for the cream dinner jackets. She then had the nerve to tell us she would have never offerd us the cream because they did not do them, despite showing us their "James Bond Suit" in a brochure. We had no choice but to take them at this late stage. They never offered us any money back and when we returned them we had to rely on our friends parents otherwise I would have made more fuss about it.
Never mind, you learn by your mistakes - Just dont use them again..
