Purchased an amazing Justin Alexander dress from this shop - dress was just what I dreamed of.

However, the service was the worst I have ever experienced. It failed to inform me of the arrival of the dress, despite my chasing for weeks. Where given empty promises by the manager, that she would ring me back and give me an update on the process. Which she didn't do. (This got quite stressy as I was getting married in Denmark and needed it fitted).
After receiving the dress, and looking at it at home there where stones missing and a hole in the fabric. When pointing this out to the staff, was met with ignorant attitudes.

In short - I accept to pay £1080 as it was the perfect dress, but would have appreciated better service then Primark.
