Drop a dress size diet
If you want to slim into your wedding dress but you don’t want to spend your time with complicated diets or counting calories just follow our easy wedding dress diet. It’s really varied and healthy - you’ll never get bored and you can follow it up to a month before the big day and still lose weight.
How to do the drop a dress size diet
First of all it’s important to eat - this is not about starvation! Enjoy three main meals a day plus two snacks. For best results lower your intake of alcohol and forget about junk food and takeaways. Drink plenty of water and feel free to swap meals around, but do stick to the diet plan.
Every day snacks
Choose one of these to have EACH day:

Sugar free jelly - one portion

Fat-free plain or fruit yogurt - one pot

10-12 walnuts or almonds, macadamia or Brazil nuts

6 whole dried apricots or figs or prunes

A small bunch of grapes

2 large rice cakes with humus, low-fat cream cheese, low-fat cottage cheese, marmite or jam

2 large oat cakes with any of the above toppings

A small bag of popcorn with a light salt or sweet flavouring

Any piece of fruit or a large slice of melon
Every other day snacks
Choose one snack from this list every other day:

2 finger Kitkat

Low-fat shop bought fruit fool

Low-fat crisps

A medium glass of wine

A pint of low-calorie lager

2 small scoops of low calorie ice cream

A pot of low calorie chocolate mousse
