Gym is where the heart is

Saga claims that 75,000 people are likely to go on a date with a fellow gym user, regardless of their age.
Andrew Goodsell, chief executive of Saga, said health clubs had benefits for the over 50s as well as younger sorts, "not least for the possibility to socialise and meet new people".
His survey primarily focused on the over 50s but concluded that all ages used health clubs and had the same success with meeting people.
However, many were intimidated by other users, particularly the young and 93 per cent of users in the survey said that they went to the gym for fitness, not dates.
Yet for those who do have an eye for others, gyms can improve the heart in more ways than one.
