Hepburn dress under hammer
Audrey Hepburn's famous dress from Breakfast at Tiffany's is being auctioned to help poor children in India.

Designed by Hubert de Givenchy, the black dress became famous in the film and scores of photos that have appeared of Hepburn as Holly Golightly.

Going under the hammer at Christie's in London on December 5th, sellers hope to raise between £50,000 and £70,000 for charity.

Born in Brussels in 1929, Hepburn died from colon cancer at the age of 63 in 1992 but she spent her last years as a goodwill ambassador for Unicef.

Selling her dress will fit with the humanitarian work she did after achieving fame in the film of the Truman Capote novel.
