Kylie keen for kids

Kylie Minogue is ready to have children, her sister Dannii has let slip to the world.

The Australian pop singer has been dating French actor Olivier Martinez for some time, which has fuelled speculation about marriage and children.

Although Kylie is keeping mum about wanting to be a mum, sister Dannii has not and said: "Kylie is so ready to get pregnant.

"Our parents have been on at us for ages, asking when we're going to make them grandparents. I'm not doing so well on that score - I can't find a man. Kylie will do it first, I'm certain."

Elder sister Kylie had a breast cancer operation which put any plans for children on hold, but a successful recovery meant that the question came up again.

However, whether boyfriend Martinez is "so ready" remains to be seen.

He told the Mirror earlier this year that he was "happy the way things are" and many think he may be more concerned about his career than starting a family.
