Madonna and Guy "back on track"

Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie's relationship is stronger than ever, his family have claimed.

Madonna's father-in-law has spoken out following rumours earlier in the year that the power couple were experiencing a rocky period.

John Ritchie claimed that son Guy and the 48-year-old singer had put their marital problems behind them, which Ritchie senior let slip about earlier in the year, and are now firmly "back on track".

He told In Touch Weekly: "Their marriage is back on track. I know that Madonna is away a lot at the moment and leaving Guy alone, but it just isn't a problem.

"He knows that will happen and he is not worried about it at all. He doesn't mind her working. Their marriage is back on track."

In fact, Guy and Madonna, already parents to five-year-old Rocco and nine-year-old Lourdes, are so happy together, that rumour has it they are thinking of extending their family.

Ritchie senior hinted they may even follow in the footsteps of Brad and Jen and adopt, admitting that "nothing would make me happier than if they did".

"I'm sure both Rocco and Lourdes would love it as they are so close and another sibling would be super," he added.
