Pirelli appearance for Loren

Sophia Loren has proved that if you are old enough you are good enough after it emerged she will appear in the Pirelli calendar for 2007. The 71-year-old Italian actress will be the oldest woman ever to grace the glossy calendar which the famous tyre maker has been producing for more than 30 years.
The calendar is one of the most exclusive fashion shoots around as the final product is only distributed to a select group of 30,000 VIPs, Prince Andrew being one of them.
Conventional supermodels Giselle Bundchen, Karen Elson and Guinevere Van Seenus will also feature, while last year saw Kate Moss have two months all to herself and Jennifer Lopez was on the front.
In 50 years in front of the camera, Loren has never appeared nude, but with Pirelli's reputation for baring all, it will be intriguing to see how far Loren goes this time.
