Pussycat Dolls get Harrods sale started
The Harrods summer sale has begun, following an official opening by the Pussycat Dolls.

The sexy six-piece cabaret act joined Harrods' boss Mohammed Al Fayed on Monday July 3rd to launch the traditional countdown to the sale.

After arriving at the exclusive store in a horse-drawn carriage, the chart-topping group mingled with fans before posing for photographs with some real life pussy cats.

The girls were also thrilled at the opportunity to try on some of the store's most prestigious jewellery, decking themselves out in half a million pounds worth of Chopard gems from the store's shelves.

Clearly honoured to be conducting the prestigious opening, singer Jessica Sutta told fans what a privilege it was to be at the Knightsbridge store.

"It is absolutely amazing to be here today," said the Pussycat Doll.

"It's magical to turn up at a store like Harrods in a horse-drawn carriage with bagpipers playing. It's been a complete honour. I've never done anything like it in my whole life."

Sutta clearly isn't impressed by all things British and posh, however, as she also used the event to deny reports of a fling with singer James Blunt.

Asked if she'd had a fling with the former Army officer, Sutta told the Mirror: "There's no way I'd date him."
