Unlucky for some?

Having the number 13 involved with a wedding in any way would seem like the kiss of death for some superstitious people out there, but obviously Liz Hurley isn't one of them, as she is planning on wearing 13 different dresses during her nuptial extravaganza.

The actress is planning to get through the gowns during her four-day wedding to Arun Nayar.

Firstly, the two will get married at Barnsley House in Gloucestershire before travelling to India, the groom's native country, for a three-day celebration.

Lucky guests at the first event will be treated to a day of hunting and shooting before the ceremony takes place.

An insider told Grazia magazine: "Elizabeth wants to wear three outfits for this one. She won't be wearing a full-on wedding dress because she's worried it's not appropriate for someone her age, but the idea is to have different outfits for the morning, for the ceremony and the party."

There will be a selection of traditional Indian dresses among the many gowns that the bride will wear, which have been designed by her personal friend Donatella Versace.
