September has been hinted at by pop star Janet Jackson as the month she will tie the knot. The Together Again singer's latest comments are fuelling speculation that she will wed rap mogul Jermaine Dupri on September 26th, saying "that's what he says".
Michael Jackson's little sister told British hip-hop and R&B station Choice FM: "That's what he says... I don't know. If it's meant to happen, it will happen."
Dupri had supposedly leaked the September date backstage at the Espy Awards in Hollywood in July when eavesdroppers heard him telling friends about the planned nuptials.
According to the rap star, September had been the preferred date for some time and would be Janet's third wedding.
Jackson was interviewed by the radio station but refused to either confirm or deny the date.
However, Janet is notorious for secrecy over marriage, with her decade-long marriage to Rene Elizondo only emerging when she announced their divorce in 2000.
