Overall Skin Tips
Eyebrows
Avoid waxing the face at least 2 weeks before the wedding incase of allergic reaction/redness. Stick to tweezing, avoid redness by plucking as soon as you have got out of a hot bath. This will open up the pours and make it easier to do.
If you want a fuller look for your eyebrows use an eyebrow brush and shadow to fill them in. This looks more natural compared to an eyebrow pencil.
Tanning Rules
If you are self tanning either spray tan or doing it on yourself - be careful and practice before hand. Lots of people get allergic reactions and you do not want that stress the day before the wedding.
Test tans out, experiment different makes and types. You want to look natural, not streaky. Always exfoliate before application and use an oil on elbows and knees. Wear gloves to get it even. Hands are the biggest give away for a self tanner, make sure you wash them thoroughly after application. If you are new to tanning try a mouse it is easy to use and you know exactly where you're putting it.
Mitt It!
Make sure you use a self tanning mitt, to stop streaks and to avoid staining hands. Try Famous Dave's tanning mitt for £3.99
You will also need to plan when you should tan before the wedding and if you are going to use bronzer/instant tan on the body. If so, test out on an old white vest. If the littlest bit rubs off you know not to use it.
When you have your healthy tan make sure you moisturise everyday to maintain the quality of it - It needs to last.
Remember bruises, tattoos, or anything that you do not want seen can easily be covered up with the right products.
